Financial Aid Process

Applying for financial aid is a separate process from applying for admission to Good Shepherd Montessori School, with each process requiring the creation of a separate login credential. Once families complete our inquiry form they will receive further instructions about creating their enrollment login credential. Families may create their own login credentials to access the financial aid system by following the instructions linked below. 

Note: To be considered for financial aid, families must have submitted an enrollment application for each child and have paid the application fee prior to the March 1st deadline. 

The financial aid application requires payment of a small additional fee (See Tuition and Fees). This process repeats annually. Families with multiple children should complete a single financial aid application.

The deadline for submitting the financial aid application is March 1st. Completing the financial aid application will require access to several financial documents. We recommend you gather the required documents prior to starting the application. 

Tuition assistance will be awarded based upon financial need and available funds. Incomplete applications or unpaid application fees will result in the automatic rejection of a financial aid application.
